Peak Design + Print has professional graphic designers on hand to create attractive For Sale Sign designs to stand out as a listing for sale in their neighborhood. Sign printing services available as well! 

For Sale Sign Design Includes:

  1. Pricing is generated based on one sign design of your choice, either template sign or custom design.
  2. If a Template 1-4 is chosen, no modifications are included. However, slight modifications can be done at a reduced fee (contact us).
  3. Pricing includes shipping, printing, tax and free delivery to your KW office. 
  4. Turnaround time is approximately 2-3 days depending on design changes, and 5-7 days from design approval until sign delivery. 
  5. Formatting, fonts and spacing will match your branding and preferences.
  6. Call to discuss sign design preferences if custom.
  7. Project includes creation of template or custom design, provided in both PDF and PNG (graphic) formats with two rounds of changes included. Additional changes will be quoted as needed.
  8. Professional print pricing is through AlphaGraphics in Aurora IL and is displayed below.
  9. Style of templates are provided below, hover on the image for the template name, click on the image to enlarge. If you don’t have a personal logo, we will space the content on the sign out evenly to account for the extra space.

    Double sided signs will include predrilled grommet holes on top and bottom, and UV coating to extend the life, available in both Aluminum and PVC.
