Peak Design + Print has professional graphic designers on hand to create attractive Open House Directional designs to guide potential buyers right to your Open House Event. Design-only and Sign printing services available. 

Open House Sign Design/Printing Project Includes:

  1. Pricing options include print only or design only or print + design. 
  2. Pricing is generated based on one sign design of your choice, either template sign or custom design.
  3. Print pricing includes shipping, printing, tax and free delivery to your KW office. 
  4. Turn around time is approximately 2-3 days depending on design changes, and 5-7 days from design approval until sign delivery. 
  5. Formatting, fonts and spacing will match your branding and preferences.
  6. Call to discuss sign type and design preferences if needed.
  7. Project includes creation of template or custom design, provided in both PDF and PNG (graphic) formats with two rounds of changes included. Additional changes will be quoted as needed.
  8. Professional print pricing is through AlphaGraphics in Aurora IL and is displayed below.
  9. Open House Arrow Signs are printed double sided with the arrow facing toward to the same side of the sign from either direction, so one sign can be used for left or right guidance.
  10. Style of templates are provided below, hover on the image for the template name, click on the image to enlarge. If you don’t have a personal logo, we will space the content on the sign out evenly to account for the extra space.

    Double sided signs will include H Stakes for each sign and will be printed on White Coroplast or if Aluminum is chosen, you'll need to purchase associated stands from a provider like Buildasign.com (A frame wire stands or metal stake stands).
